AbFlow Privacy Policy

AbFlow does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information off your device.

What is stored locally on your device

(Using Apple's standard UserDefaults), and nowhere else:

• Your active workout configuration (total time, interval length, selected exercises, shuffle preference)
• Your saved workout presets (names, emoji, configurations)
• Your completed workout history (the last 200 sessions: date, length, exercises performed)
• Aggregate statistics (current streak, longest streak, total workouts, total time, total intervals)
• Earned badge IDs and the dates they were unlocked

This data never leaves your device. It is not synced, uploaded, or shared unless you explicitly choose to use the in-app Share button, in which case plain-text content (like your current streak count) is passed to iOS's share sheet for you to send via the apps you choose.

Analytics & Ads

AbFlow contains no analytics, no advertising, no third-party SDKs. It does not require an account. It does not make any network requests.

Audio

AbFlow uses your device's audio output to play timer cues and voice prompts. It is configured to mix with audio from other apps (such as music or podcasts) so they can keep playing during a workout. AbFlow does not record audio.
