Connect a Stalker portal with a MAC address

Use the portal URL and MAC address authorized by your provider. SuperPlayer supports Stalker and Ministra-style portals on Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

What you need

• A portal URL, usually beginning with http:// or https://.
• The MAC address registered with your provider, commonly beginning with 00:1A:79.
• An active account from your provider.

Setup steps

1. Open SuperPlayer and choose Add Provider.
2. Select Stalker / MAC.
3. Enter the portal URL exactly as supplied. Keep any path included after the domain.
4. Enter the authorized MAC address, including colons.
5. Save the provider and wait while SuperPlayer validates and loads the channel list.

If the portal does not connect

Authorization or handshake error

Confirm that the MAC address is registered to your account and is not active on another device. Some providers limit simultaneous devices or lock a MAC address to a previous player.

Portal unavailable or timed out

Open the portal domain on the same network or ask the provider whether it is online. A server timeout, blocked network, expired account, or provider-side restriction cannot be repaired by the player.

Channels load but playback fails

Try more than one channel. If every stream fails, ask the provider to verify the stream URLs and account permissions. Include the exact SuperPlayer error when contacting support.
