This section addresses Apple App Store requirements for face data handling:
"Prime Shot processes facial features, expressions, physical characteristics, and facial geometry from uploaded photos. This includes facial landmarks, skin tone, eye color, hair characteristics, facial structure, and expressions captured in uploaded images."
Face data is used for three purposes:
Primary Use: Creating personalized AI models for generating photos based on user prompts, including training the model to recognize user features and generate realistic images that maintain user identity
Quality Improvement: Analyzing generation quality to improve AI algorithms using aggregated, anonymized data only
Service Delivery: Enabling the core functionality of creating personalized AI-generated photos
Face data is not commercially shared. It is processed by Replicate API under strict data processing agreements that prohibit any use beyond providing the service. Face data is securely stored on encrypted Google Cloud Storage servers in the United States, with additional processing occurring on Replicate's secure infrastructure.
"Face data is retained for as long as users actively use Prime Shot and maintain their account. When users delete their account, all face data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Users can request immediate deletion at any time through app settings or by contacting alberto.montagnese@gmail.com."
