Privacy Policy
Effective July 2026
SuperPlayer IPTV Stalker STB ("the app") is built and operated by Alberto Montagnese. The app is a player for connecting to your own IPTV/Stalker portal provider. The app does not provide, sell, host, or bundle TV channels, playlists, or media content.
Data you enter
You may enter a portal URL, username, password, MAC address, nickname, and device ID so the app can connect to your IPTV provider. This information is stored locally on your device and is used to connect to the provider you choose. Portal URLs and MAC addresses may also be included in diagnostic analytics as described below. In the native apps, saved passwords are not sent to us. In the web app, guests keep provider profiles in their browser. If you create a web account, your email address and encrypted provider library are stored in Google Cloud so the library can be restored when you sign in. Your account password is stored as a one-way hash, and provider credentials are encrypted at rest. The service decrypts them only when needed to connect to your chosen provider. We do not operate your IPTV provider.
Web account and cookies
The optional web account uses a secure, HTTP-only, same-site login cookie that expires after 30 days. The cookie keeps you signed in and is not used for advertising. You can use the web player as a guest without creating an account. Signing out removes the synced library from that browser.
Usage analytics
The app may collect limited usage analytics to help us understand whether the app opens successfully, whether portal connection and playback flows work, and which product areas need improvement. Analytics events may include app version, platform, an anonymous install identifier, session identifier, broad event names such as app open, portal connection success or failure, playback start or error, favorite changes, region filter changes, feature limit prompts, upgrade button taps, service-inquiry email button taps, purchase or restore outcomes, and search query length buckets. We record that the button was tapped, but not the contents of your email.
Analytics events may include the provider or playlist URL and MAC address you entered so we can understand provider compatibility and diagnose failed portal or playlist loads. Before sending this value, the app redacts URL username/password fields and common password query parameters such as password, pass, pwd, and passwd. MAC addresses may identify a device or provider account and are used only for connection diagnostics; we do not use them to access or watch provider content. Analytics events do not include your saved portal password, channel names, search text, viewing history, or the media you watch.
Diagnostics
Apple may provide us with aggregate crash and diagnostic reports if you have enabled sharing diagnostics with developers in your Apple device settings. These reports are provided by Apple and help us fix bugs.
Data we do not sell
We do not sell or rent your data. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
Third parties
Your IPTV provider receives the connection information you enter when the app connects to that provider. Apple processes App Store purchases, downloads, crash diagnostics, subscriptions, in-app purchases, and App Store analytics under Apple's own terms and privacy policy. If analytics collection is enabled, analytics events are sent to our analytics endpoint for product improvement only.
Optional web-account and encrypted library data are processed and stored by Google Cloud on our behalf.
Your choices
- You can remove stored portal profiles by deleting them in the app.

Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
