Terms of Use

By installing or using SuperPlayer IPTV Stalker STB, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement and the Apple Media Services Terms.

Subscriptions and purchases

SuperPlayer Pro Monthly is an auto-renewable subscription with a one month duration. New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial when shown in the app. Pricing is shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country or region. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase or after the free trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.

SuperPlayer Pro Lifetime is a non-consumable in-app purchase. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple.

Your content and providers

SuperPlayer does not provide, sell, host, or bundle TV channels, playlists, or media content. You are responsible for using the app only with provider credentials or playlist URLs that you are authorized to use.

Any provider-setup information supplied in response to an email inquiry is informational only and is not an offer to sell a TV subscription or media content. SuperPlayer does not verify, endorse, broker, or guarantee third-party services. You are responsible for confirming that a provider is licensed and that your access and use comply with applicable law and the provider's terms.

Optional web accounts

You are responsible for keeping your web-account password confidential. You may delete your web account and its synced provider library at any time from the account menu. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service, access systems without authorization, or violate these terms.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that third-party IPTV providers, portals, playlists, streams, guide data, or accounts will be available, accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alberto Montagnese is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

We may discontinue or change the app at any time. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it.
