Privacy Policy
Effective May 2026
this app ("the app") is built and operated by Alberto Montagnese. We try to collect as little data as possible — this page describes exactly what is and isn't collected, and how it's used.
Data we collect
- Device push token. If you opt in to notifications, we store your APNs device token on our server so we can send you alerts. The token is not linked to any personal identifier.
- App preferences. Your filter / subscription choices (e.g. which CBP enrollment offices you want alerts for) are stored on our server and associated only with the device token above.
- Crash + diagnostic logs. Apple sends us aggregate crash reports if you've enabled "Share with Developers" in iOS Settings → Privacy. These contain no personal data.
Data we don't collect
- We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any government identifier.
- We do not track your location.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising or analytics.
Third parties
The only third party that ever sees your device token is Apple, via the Apple Push Notification service (APNs), which is required to deliver notifications.
Your choices
- You can revoke notification permission at any time in iOS Settings.
- You can delete the app to stop all data collection. Your stored preferences and device token are deleted from our server within 30 days of last use.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If this policy materially changes, the updated version will be published here with a new effective date.
