Common questions

I'm not getting notifications.

Open iOS Settings → Notifications → this app and confirm that "Allow Notifications" is on. If it's already on, force-quit and reopen the app so it can re-register the push token.

How do I change which alerts I receive?

Open the app and tap the filter / settings tab. Toggle the specific items you care about; changes take effect immediately.

How do I delete my data?

Delete the app from your device. Your stored preferences and device token are removed from our server within 30 days.
